OkadaBan: Tired horse collapses after being used for transport (video) Tolulope Ayeni February 3, 2020 A viral video has showed the moment a tired horse collapsed after it was being used as a means of transport due to the ban of bikes in  Lagos . As we earlier reported, lots of horses were seen on Lagos roads after the ban of bikes and Keke napeps in the state. A video of a horse lying motionless in the middle of a busy expressway in Lagos has now been shared online with Twitter users joking that the horse is not equipped to do the job of okada and keke.
