Pastor bathes in church, asks church members to drink his bath water [VIDEO] A viral video of a pastor bathing in church and serving his church members his bath water to drink has sparked up mixed reactions on social media. The Ghanaian pastor was spotted in his boxers taking a dip in a barrel filled with water in the church. However shortly after speaking to his church members, they were spotted lining up to drink from a cup filled with his bath water. Local news platforms reported that the Pastor told his members that God instructed him to pull off the act. According to him, anyone who drinks from his bath water will get more blessings. Though the time the incident occurred was not immediately available, the name of the church was however given as 'Endtime Church Of Nation'. Two families in Kisumu are mourning their two children who together committed suicide 4 days after their beautiful wedding. According to Sources, the newly married couples allegedly killed themselves because of the huge debt they incurred after their wedding. Mr. & Mrs. Odipo left a note that they were stressed & strained because the beautiful wedding they had, left them with a debt of Ksh 7.9 Million. In the letter, they also stated that they could not go to honeymoon as planned. They blamed those who attended their wedding of coming only to feast with no gifts. News Agency of Nigerian rights group, The Human Rights, Liberty Access and Peace Defenders Foundation, on Monday chided the Anambra State governor, Willie Obiano, for allegedly spending N1.35bn on beautification of major cities in the state for the Yuletide. In a statement, the leader of the group, Uzor Dede, accused governors of the South-East geopolitical zone of profligacy, calling on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to beam its searchlight on them. It lamented what it called “the abysmal performance” of the governors, stressing that their states were facing huge infrastructural decay. The nongovernmental HURIDE queried the rationale behind spending N1.35bn for Christmas decorations, whereas only N181m was allocated to the rehabilitation of bad roads in the 2019 budget. It said the action showed “the insensitivity and callousness of the government,” wondering what benefits the Christmas and New Year decorations are to the economy and welfare of the citizens.
