Bayelsa Elections: David LYON APC CANDIDATE Win Bayelsa state Governorship Election

After the announcement of the results for Ekeremor Local Government Area, the All Progressives C ongre ss,APC, has won the Bayelsa State Governorship poll. 

Prof Godfrey Ariarre, the Ekeremor Local Government Collation Officer, the APC polled 21,489 votes, while the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, polled 18,344 votes.


With this , the APC has won in six local government areas Brass, Nembe, Yenagoa, Ogbia, Ekeremor and Southern Ijaw Local Government Areas, while the PDP won in Sagbama and Kolokuma/Opokuma Local Government Areas.
