Criminals have hijacked Naija, Naija system of Governance is a total joke. Says 2face Idibia

Nigeria’s afro pop singer and songwriter, Innocent Idibia, now known as 2baba, has taken a swipe at the country’s political class, describing the political system as a ‘total joke’.

2baba, who marked his 20 years as King Concert in Abuja recently where top music stars came out to honour the legendary musician, said the country had been hijacked by those he described as ‘criminals.’

While he prayed that the young men who have recently joined politics would bring the much-needed change Nigerians crave, 2baba said it was sad that some men and women had dedicated their time to make sure that Nigeria does not get out of the doldrums.

Sharing his view on the last governorship elections in Kogi and Bayelsa states, 2baba, who gave his verdict through his verified twitter handle @official2baba, said the Nigerian system had become a total joke.

According to him, it seemed that “Criminals have hijacked Naija. Naija system is a total joke. Men and women have dedicated their time to make sure that Naija will carry last. No shame. No dignity. No honour. I pray the young men that entered the political system will do their best to influence positive change.”

N28million Worth Of Marijuana Seized By NDLEA In Ondo The Ondo State Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency on Tuesday said it had seized a total of 14.3 tonnes of Indian hemp in the state.
